Return & Refund Policy

Please note: We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Any hygiene-related items have not been opened or used

  • The product was not part of a clearance, promotional, or discounted sale

  • The item is not marked as final sale

  • You contact us first via email before returning

If your return request is approved, you will receive the correct return address (do not return to the sender address).

To request a return, please email support@milajadejewels.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • A clear photo (if the item is damaged)

  • Your shipping address

We reserve the right to deny returns if the product has been visibly worn, damaged, or returned outside the terms above.

All returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt.


Refunds & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, our system processes it immediately.
This means:

  •  

  • After that, the order is already being packed and prepared for shipment — even if tracking hasn’t updated yet.

  • Once the order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds will only be issued:

  • If the return is approved under the terms stated above

  • And after we receive the returned product in acceptable condition

We do not refund delivery fees, return shipping costs, or items returned without prior approval.


Transit & Location Notice

All our products are shipped directly from our international warehouse.
Due to this international transit, delays can occasionally occur outside our control. Please note:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

  • If the product is already in transit, please wait until delivery before initiating a return


Refund Process (if eligible)

If your return is approved and the product meets our conditions:

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the goods

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as your original purchase

  • Promotional or discounted items are non-refundable — they may be exchanged for an item of equal value if approved


All returns must be shipped back to our international warehouse at the customer’s expense.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and sharing the tracking number with our team.
